Every morning, while you sleep

One scan across the German job market — official listings, startup job boards and the English-language corners most people never find — fresh postings only, scored and prepared before your coffee.

07:55 — scan

The market, filtered to reality

Fresh 24-hour postings for your roles and cities. Duplicates collapsed. Postings that closed overnight removed. Priority to your region — Stuttgart before Somewhere.

08:20 — judge

Scored like an honest friend

Each job gets a match score built on your CV, your German level, and your visa situation — including the requirements the posting doesn't say out loud.

08:40 — prepare

Documents, ready to send

For every high match: a CV tailored to that posting in your own design, a cover letter in the posting's language, and the direct application link — on your phone.

The judgment layer nobody else has

Auto-apply tools blast 200 applications and call it progress. Recruiters can tell. Career Sentinel sends fewer, better — because it understands things generic tools don't:

✗
"Fluent German" hidden between the lines A German-market phone-support role needs B2+ even when the ad is in English. We score it honestly instead of letting you burn an application.
✗
Jobs that end your residency "German-speaking role!" — quietly based outside Germany. If you're building a life here, a relocation trap is worth 0%, whatever the salary.
✓
Your other languages as an asset Arabic, Turkish, Polish, French — support and market roles actively want them. We hunt those postings for you.
✓
Two tracks when it matters Career roles that secure your future — and honest income options for the months in between. Both scored, clearly labeled, never confused.
✓
Already at B2 or C1? Even more doors Stronger German multiplies your matches — it doesn't mean the market reads you fairly. We surface everything you qualify for, with documents ready in the posting's language.

I built this because I am the customer. I'm Maher — a sales professional and an international living in Germany, with a German Master's degree, native English and Arabic, and A2 German that I'm working on every week.

The job boards showed me thousands of jobs I could never get, and buried the ones I could. So I built a machine that reads the market the way I have to: Which jobs are really open to internationals? Which secure a residence permit? Which are traps? It found my matches, wrote my applications, and it runs every morning while I sleep.

Now I'm opening it up to people in the same boat. If that's you — get on the list.
